1. General Provisions

7u7 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, live casino and sports betting services to Bangladeshi users. In these terms, "platform" or "site" refers to 7u7's website, mobile application and all related digital services. "User" or "member" refers to a person who holds a registered account.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence. 7u7 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and registered members will be notified of changes in due course.

2. Account Registration and Verification

An active account is required to use 7u7's services. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being cancelled.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 7u7 Support immediately.
• As part of verification, a copy of your national identity card or passport may be requested.
• 7u7 reserves the right to close any account created with false information and to withhold any funds deposited in it.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and use 7u7's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Online gaming must be lawful from your location.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or prohibition order.
• Persons who are unable to enter into a contract due to mental incapacity or legal disability are prohibited from creating an account.

If any discrepancy is found during age verification, 7u7 may suspend the account and request the necessary documents. We follow a strict age-verification process to protect minors.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

7u7 handles financial transactions through Bangladesh's established mobile banking and bank transfer methods.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Funds deposited must come only from the member's own registered payment method. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• 7u7 may temporarily hold any deposit for review if the transaction is considered suspicious.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until the account is fully verified.
• Funds subject to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

7u7 complies with anti-money-laundering regulations. Additional documentation may be requested for large transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Each bonus at 7u7 has specific conditions stated in the relevant offer notice. General bonus policies are set out below:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete wagering of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
• Bonus funds are not cash — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or household is prohibited.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8% (based on net losses).
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 7u7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on 7u7 — slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting — are operated under specific rules. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and auditable.

• Incorrect payouts caused by a technical error may be cancelled and corrected to the right amount.
• Confirmed results of a bet or game will not be changed.
• If an event in sports betting is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• The rules for live casino games are provided in the instructions for the relevant game.
• If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the outcome will be determined based on the server record.

7. User Code of Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 7u7 platform:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using software, bots or automated methods.
• Exploiting any weakness in a game or system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or defrauding other members.
• Presenting yourself as an employee or representative of 7u7.
• Republishing or distributing platform content without permission.

7u7 reserves the right to immediately close any account involved in the above prohibited activities and to take legal action.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

7u7 gives the highest priority to the security of users' personal data. How your information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you also consent to that policy.

• Personal data will be used only for operating the service, verification and meeting legal obligations.
• Personal data is not sold or rented to third parties.
• All sensitive data is transmitted using SSL encryption.
• After an account is closed, certain data may be retained for a set period for legal reasons.

9. Responsible Gaming Policy

7u7 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. Our position against problem gambling is clear.

• Members can set limits on their own deposits, losses or session time.
• A request for temporary or permanent self-exclusion can be made at any time.
• If problematic gambling behaviour is identified, 7u7 may reach out on its own initiative.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

7u7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious or repeated breach of these terms.
• Suspected fraudulent or money-laundering activity.
• Failure to pass age verification or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

On account closure, any legitimately withdrawable funds (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned. Funds in accounts closed due to fraud may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

7u7 accepts no liability for:

• Issues relating to third-party services (mobile banking, internet service providers).
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or unauthorised access to an account.
• Loss on incomplete bets during unexpected technical errors or server outages.
• Any loss arising from external websites or third-party content.

In any circumstances, 7u7's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the transaction from which the dispute arose.

12. Amendments to Terms and Contact

7u7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified by email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after a change is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
